In many years of recruiting, I have seen probably thousands of CV’s. There is no magic formula, although there are of course guidelines to producing a good and accurate CV. Simple things like, for example, correct spelling and grammar are ESSENTIAL. Keeping it to 3 pages max is also a general rule. You can ask 10 people and you will of course get 10 different opinions on how a CV should be laid out and what it should or should not include. The Bijou difference is not to be prescriptive, but to work collaboratively in producing perhaps a couple of different CV samples, as most people will apply for a variety of roles.
