  2. Agree search methods, timescales, and interview process
  3. Submit ONLY suitable candidates with CV and brief profile
  4. Arrange interviews and discuss feedback afterwards
  5. After agreeing offer, email full candidate details and referee information to Client
  1. Face to face meeting following initial telephone screening
  2. Fully appraise candidate of job role, expectations, salary, timescales and interview process
  3. Organise interview(s) and coach on preparation including questions, dress code etc
  4. Discuss interview feedback
  5. Agree start date and check referee details
